At the plant startup phase and during product transfer projects, Integrix supplied automation resources to support the initial design and testing of the complex automation modules and batch recipes. Our team of engineers also assisted with the Commissioning and Qualification activities.

Partnering with Emerson Process Management, Integrix was awarded the Managed Services contract in 2021. As a Managed Services Provider, our team of engineers provides engineering services for change management, system preventive maintenance, and general site support for all automation systems.

In support of the Product Transfer Project, Integrix completed the software design and configuration work as well as the Batch Recipe qualification activities, contributing to the overall success of the project.

Since 2008, Integrix has been a partner of the GSK Biologicals Site Automation Team, supporting all aspects of their day-to-day responsibilities – from incident investigation and troubleshooting to software and hardware change management along with all supporting qualification activities.

In 2015, our company partnered with Emerson and was awarded the Main Automation Contractor contract for the Site Expansion Project. This project consisted of new equipment units, new devices, and a substantial number of new DeltaV controllers. Together with Emerson, we successfully completed all automation deliverables within the required project schedule. The success of this project is attributed to the strong partnership between Integrix, Emerson, and Pfizer.

Our Integrix team delivers end‑to‑end software design, configuration, and testing for new product introductions. Our frontline automation engineers provide comprehensive, around-the-clock operational support to the Amgen site, ensuring continuous system reliability and performance. With strong technical expertise and a proactive mindset, our team executes daily automation activities with precision to keep site operations running at peak efficiency.
